Terms of Service

By installing or using the R-VPN+ application, or by creating an R-VPN+ account, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

R-VPN+ is a Virtual Private Network service operated by Xenex Networks LLC ("we", "us"). The service consists of native client applications for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux, and a network of VPN servers we operate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — see "Service availability" below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old (16 in the EEA) to use R-VPN+. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use R-VPN+ to:

Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with third-party systems.
Access or distribute content that exploits minors.
Violate the laws of your country of residence or the United States (where Xenex Networks LLC is incorporated).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we, in good faith, believe to be in breach of this section.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and payment

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial automatically. Trial allocation is per device; abuse-protection mechanisms (device fingerprint, disposable email blacklist) apply.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments on iOS / macOS App Store and Google Play are governed by those platforms' billing rules; refund requests for those go through Apple / Google.
For direct payments (СБП, Crypto, PayPal, Stripe, CryptoBot), our refund policy is described at rocketvpn.net/refund-policy.
Subscription prices may differ between platforms to account for store commissions. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Account security

You are responsible for keeping access to the email address used to register your account. We will never ask you for a password, account-recovery code, or payment details outside of the in-app flows.

6. Service availability

We provide R-VPN+ "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages are part of normal operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenex Networks LLC's total liability arising out of or in connection with R-VPN+ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Account screen or by writing to support@rocketvpn.net. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of a subscription if you breached these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
