Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Xenex Networks LLC ("we", "us", "R-VPN+") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the R-VPN+ mobile and desktop applications and the related backend service at api.rvpn.app.

1. What we collect

Account data: email address (mandatory), optional Telegram user ID if you link a Telegram account, account preferences (locale).
Device data: platform (Android/iOS/Windows/macOS/Linux), OS version, device model, app version, a per-install identifier generated by the app on first launch. Used to identify which devices are logged into your account and to enforce device limits.
Connection metadata: timestamps of connect/disconnect events, server you connected to, total bytes transferred per session. We do not log destination IPs, URLs, DNS queries, or any content of your encrypted traffic.
Payment data: processed by Apple, Google, or our payment provider; we receive only confirmation of successful payment and a transaction identifier. We never see your card details.
Support correspondence: any messages you send through the in-app chat or to support@rocketvpn.net.

2. What we do not collect

Browsing history, DNS queries, or destination IPs of your VPN sessions.
Real names, addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers beyond the email you choose to register.
Persistent advertising or analytics identifiers (no Appsflyer, no Adjust, no Branch).

3. How we use it

To authenticate you (email OTP) and keep you logged in across app sessions.
To provide the VPN service (route your traffic through the server you selected).
To enforce subscription terms (device limits, expiry).
To send transactional emails (login codes, payment receipts, subscription expiry reminders).
To respond to your support requests.
To detect and prevent abuse (multiple trial accounts from the same device).

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate R-VPN+:

Postmark — sends transactional emails on our behalf.
Cloudflare R2 — stores in-app chat attachments (when you send one).
Sentry — receives crash reports if you opt in.
Apple / Google — payment processing if you purchase via App Store / Play Store.

We will disclose information only in response to a valid legal request under United States law applicable to Xenex Networks LLC, and only the information we actually hold (which, by design, does not include your browsing activity).

5. Your rights

Access — request a copy of your account data: contact support@rocketvpn.net.
Deletion — delete your account from the app (Settings → Account → Delete) or by email. We erase all account data, devices, and chat history within 30 days.
Correction — change your email or other profile fields from the in-app Account screen.
EU users: you have additional rights under the GDPR (Articles 15–22) and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Data retention

Account and subscription data are retained while your account exists. Connection metadata is retained for 30 days for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized. Chat history is retained for 1 year, then archived.

7. Children

R-VPN+ is not intended for users under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

If we materially change this Policy, we will notify you in the app and via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
